As a Consutling Director, Global Research & Executive Advisory, Mr. Fong provides research based strategic analysis, market research, and business planning cousel to IDC clients. He has particular expertise in developing qualitative and quantitative research methods to assist his clients gain insight into their competitive markets, understand market barriers and leverage opportunities. He designs programs to meet clients’ needs from large global studies to singular targeted research projects. Program assets may include web surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, content and multimedia deliverables. Previous to Consulting Director, Mr. Fong spent 7+ years in IDC’s Integrated Marketing Programs (IMP) group developing and growing the practice by adding to their deliverable suite of content, multimedia, and tool set product.
