Meriska Elfiarini

Research Manager, Consulting IDC Indonesia

As part of IDC Indonesia’s Consulting team, Meriska Elfiarini is responsible for analysis and research focusing on market and technology trends, competitive analysis, industry forecast and predictions, user demands, and business models for the ICT market in Indonesia. She is also on top of the management and delivery of custom research and consulting engagements with clients. As Research Manager, she is involved in various studies in Indonesia and the ASEAN region covering technology market assessment study, market competitive study, customer satisfaction study, and brand-related study, as well as custom research and consulting projects. She is also involved in communication programs such as conferences, workshops, and analyst and media briefings.

Meriska has more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. She started her career first with PT. Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel — a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia) where she worked on developing and delivering sales- and marketing-related reports in Telkomsel Jabotabek and West Java area for three years.  After that, she worked as a product management specialist in PT. Smartfren Telecom, at which she handled basic services of celullar, handset-bundling program, and partnership product, at the same time she reviewed and analyzed competitors’ intelligence strategies and market performance.

Meriska graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Masters in Marketing Management and Communication, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta, with major in Economic Accounting.
