Senior Research Analyst
Delphine Carnet is a Senior Research Analyst in the Imaging, Printing and Document Solutions team managing and driving the European consumables, page volume, installed base and ereader market research programs and related add-on research.
In addition to writing insightful analysis on market developments, she produces high quality market assessment and forecasts and assists the consulting manager in offering ad-hoc analysis, advice and recommendations to clients.
Before joining IDC, Delphine worked for major retailers and eretailers across Europe, such as La Redoute, Leroy Merlin, and Photobox, working on both marketing analysis to improve business performances and market research.
She later worked for the software consulting firm Soft Solutions providing system expertise and data management applications to retailers such as Monoprix and Galeries Lafayette.
Delphine has an MSc from the University of Auvergne, France, focusing on marketing and business development and attended an international student exchange program at the Loughborough Business School, England.
