Laszlo Toth

Senior Research Analyst, Mobility, Imaging Devices & Document Solutions, Hungary

Mr. Laszlo Toth joined IDC's Hungary team in March 2013. In his role as a research analyst, he is responsible for the imaging and hardcopy devices, mobile handsets, and mobility research projects. In 2014, Mr. Toth started working on the local introduction of IDC’s Internet of Things (IoT) studies, and led work on the first such local publication. Mr. Toth also regularly takes part in custom research such as the mapping of IT priorities of CIOs in major Hungarian verticals.

Prior to joining IDC, Mr. Toth worked as a senior trade advisor at the commercial section of the British Embassy in Hungary, a role that was preceded by market research and market research analyst positions covering mainly FMCG sectors.

Mr. Toth first graduated as a language teacher in Szeged. He finished his SME-focused studies at Budapest Business School/Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense in 2015.

He speaks English and Hungarian.
