Rajeev Agarwal's research coverage encompasses multiple industries and diverse functional areas including strategic planning and transformation, vendor management, globalization and workforce optimization, governance and metrics, process improvement and automation, and communications for business and technology leaders.

Previously, Rajeev worked at State Street Corporation as Senior Vice-President, Information Technology, where he institutionalized globalization, drove the project management office (PMO), led the roll-out of the bank's LEAN program, and launched a critical-to-quality (CTQ) metrics program. As the Director of Commercial Banking at TowerGroup, he conducted research on strategic implementation of technology and advised financial institutions on commercial banking technology. Earlier, at BankBoston, Rajeev served as Senior Manager, Financial Records and Control. He has also held management positions at Sun Microsystems, Tandem Computers, and Intel Corporation.

Rajeev holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton Business School and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.  He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.
