Terry Frazier is Research Director for IDC Content Technologies and Document Workflow, responsible for the Customer Communications Management Solutions practice. Mr. Frazier's core research coverage includes the evolution of enterprise customer communication management platforms and the adjacent markets of enterprise content management, enterprise output management, and enterprise file sync and share technologies.


Previously, Terry served as an industry analyst with Madison Advisors covering the digital transformation of customer communications and with InfoTrends covering the digital asset management and digital print marketing areas. He also served as an affiliate consultant with Doculabs, providing enterprise content strategy and transformation support to Fortune 1000 companies. Terry's career spans more than 25 years in advertising, content, marketing, and publishing technologies for both operational and technical management.
