Jordan Jewell

Senior Research Analyst, Digital Commerce and Enterprise Applications

Jordan Jewell is a Senior Research Analyst for IDC's Enterprise Applications and Digital Commerce team and leads IDC's digital commerce applications research practice. Jordan has been a member of IDC's enterprise applications teams since joining IDC in 2015. In this role, he leads research initiatives addressing digital commerce platforms, analyzes business model trends for B2B and B2C commerce, and assists with both qualitative and quantitative research of enterprise resource planning software. Jordan also provides background modeling/forecasting research for various software markets.


Jordan joined IDC in 2015. Prior to joining IDC, he acted as a consultant for Regulatory Economics Group, LLC. Jordan is based in San Francisco, CA.
