Research Manager

Di Jin, research manager for Client System Research at IDC China, is responsible for Mobile Market Research and Consulting. She is involved in mobile research programs and advising clients on mobile market trends and mobile ecosystem development in China. Her research covers mobile market analysis and forecasting, market competitive landscapes, mobile technology, and consumer behavior toward mobile adoption. She also provides consulting services in mobile-related fields.

Di Jin has many years of experience in mobile research, helping clients understand mobile market dynamics and mobile consumer experiences, and giving suggestions on how to apply mobile technologies to enhance customer experience across channels.

Prior to IDC China, she worked at Forrester Research and Nielsen, providing professional consulting services.

Di Jin holds a master’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree from Capital Normal University.
