Research Manager

Sreenath Kandarpah is a Research Manager with IDC’s Asia/Pacific IT Services Group. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Sreenath is responsible for analysis and research focusing on market and technology trends, competitive analysis, industry forecast and predictions, and user demands, for ASEAN IT Services markets. Sreenath Kandarpah produces intelligence reports, market insights and contributes to various consulting projects across the region.

Prior to joining IDC, Sreenath was with Mesiniaga Berhad and was responsible for the product development and lifecycle management activity. Some of his responsibilities at Mesiniaga Berhad was to engage clients to understand the business challenges, requirement and to propose the key mobility solutions that can solve contemporary challenges faced by organizations. His role included creating and maintaining a cohesive strategy to deliver cross disciplinary solutions that met stakeholder's priorities. Sreenath has more than five years of working experience in the Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunication Industry. He has primarily served in the high-technology sector on Mobility related product development and Enterprise client Mobility Solution Management.

Sreenath graduated from Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT) with a Postgraduate Certificate in Computing Specialize in Software Engineering. He has also completed ITIL Foundation.
