Arun Dani

Senior Research Analyst, IT Services

Arun Dani is a senior research analyst in IDC's European Services Research team, based in London. He is responsible for managing the semi-annual vendor revenue tracker process and forecasting models for the European Services team. He is also involved in research on major trends in the European services market, including emerging topics such as robotics process automation (RPA). Before joining IDC Europe, Dani worked with IDC India, where he was responsible for analyzing and tracking market trends in the IT services sector in the country. Prior to joining IDC, he was with Capgemini, where he worked as a research consultant for the IT infrastructure services team. Prior to Capgemini, he worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a research analyst with the business process services team.

Arun holds a master's degree in marketing management from PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore and a bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from Nagpur University, India.
