As an adjunct advisor with IDC's Research Network and the IT Executive Program (IEP), Tim Clark advises on Microsoft datacenter solutions from the implementer’s perspective and guides both the business decision manager and the IT practitioner. For the past 30 years, Tim has worked on avionics software development, systems and network administration, IT service management and monitoring, and platform security, including 17 years with Microsoft Corporation. His experience includes architecture, engineering, and operations activities in both the application and infrastructure areas. CIOs, IT directors, IT managers, and implementers of Microsoft solutions and products will benefit from Tim’s analysis and recommendations.

Tim is currently President of C3 Solutions. He has worked at Microsoft, hi/fn Semiconductor, Staefa HVAC Controls, McDonnell Douglas Space Systems, Ball Systems Engineering, and Eaton Corp.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University. Tim’s certifications include the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Microsoft - Azure Cloud, Windows Server, and Systems Center.
