Previously, Allison was a Senior Research analyst at InfoTrends (Keypoint Intelligence), focusing on office document solutions, managed print services, and business process automation. Her work included vertical-specific research around the shift of paper to digital processes, and document solutions including device management, document management, output management and scan, capture, workflow solutions.
