Zsofia Madi-Szabo is a Senior Research Analyst responsible for managing the Quarterly Cloud IT Infrastructure Tracker, Semiannual Server: Workloads and Semiannual Enterprise Storage Systems: Workloads Trackers, Semiannual Cognitive Artificial Intelligence Systems Tracker, Semiannual Server Installed Base Tracker, and Quarterly Security Appliance Tracker. In addition to the timely delivery of the above IDC trackers, Ms. Madi-Szabo works closely with IDC analysts worldwide on the implementation, execution, and further enhancements of the tracker products as well as the customer support processes relating to the trackers.

BACKGROUND

Ms. Madi-Szabo joined IDC in 2016 with more than 15 years of professional experience in financial analysis and technology market research. She started her career in technology investment banking at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and later Credit Suisse First Boston’s Technology Group. She also worked in M&A investment banking for the Eastern European region in Budapest, Hungary. 

Most recently Ms. Madi-Szabo was a Senior Researcher at IHS Markit's Technology Research Group in California. In this role, she provided project management support for technology market research reports and service provider surveys.
