Senior Market Analyst
Niharika Kumar manages the networking research portfolio for IDC India. In this role she is predominantly responsible for research involving the Networking Market for India and the development of the Networking tracker, which includes the LAN and WLAN. She is also involved in different consulting assignments.
Prior to IDC, Niharika was a Consumer Research Analyst with Ericsson. She has six years of experience in consulting and consumer research spanning across different industry verticals. In previous roles she managed end-to-end projects on consumer research in the telecom industry, which included interacting with different stakeholders worldwide to understand requirements; working on consumer data based on consumer need, attitude, and preferences; and carrying out both qualitative and quantitative analysis. She has also worked on various analytical tools for data analysis and data visualization.
Niharika holds an MBA in marketing from Christ University, Bangalore and a graduate degree BE in Electronics & Instrumentation.
