This IDC Survey addresses the question: Do small business executives buy differently than their counterparts in larger companies? Moreover, it examines the effects of company size on the preferences, attitudes, and behaviors of buyers of IT products and services related to their vendor's marketing and sales practices. It also examines buying team dynamics and buyer engagement trends. The 2017 IT Buyer Experience Survey is intended to help marketing executives better understand their buyers and adapt marketing practices to improve customer experience and business results.
