Abstract

This IDC Survey presents key factors driving smartphone brand loyalty. IDC's global ConsumerScape 360 Survey provides smartphone brand loyalty profiles and insights by comparing likelihood with purchase responses with key feature and functional attributes that influence purchase decisions for smartphones — in this case we're looking at the top 3 smartphone brands by market as reflected by our survey respondents. This lets us peer into subtle but instructive differences in each market that influence consumer buying behavior. Markets covered in this document are the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, China, India, Russia, South Korea, and Brazil (data for other regions are available upon request).
