IDC’s “Next Tech” Survey of Marketing and MarTech: Vendor Consolidation Drives Satisfaction

This IDC survey finds companies that source 4 or more marketing solutions from one vendor have 23–33% higher satisfaction scores with their marketing infrastructure. The survey also finds that only 6 of more than 300 vendors have any customers with 4 or more of their martech solutions. But 40% of every vendor's installed base is not committed to a single vendor and 20–50% have bigger commits to other vendors.
