The companies/organizations covered are Facebook, Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, phone companies, cable companies, mobile/cell phone companies, credit card companies, government agencies, physical retailers, online retailers, banks and other financial institutions, medical providers, insurance companies, and law enforcement agencies.

This IDC Survey Spotlight is based on IDC's December 2017 ConsumerScape 360: Emerging Tech and Video Survey carried out among more than 5,000 U.S. consumers.
