Abstract

This IDC Survey discusses the results of 2018 ConsumerScape 360 Survey. IDC's global ConsumerScape 360 Survey provides smartphone brand loyalty profiles and insights by comparing likelihood to purchase responses with key feature and functional attributes that influence purchase decisions for smartphones — in this case we're looking at the top 3 smartphone brands by market as reflected by our survey respondents. This lets us peer into subtle but instructive differences in each market, which influence consumer buying behavior. Markets covered in this Survey are the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, China, India, Russia, South Korea, and Brazil (data for other regions are available upon request).
