Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight presents the most frequent issues experienced with SaaS providers.

IDC recently surveyed 2,902 respondents from organizations across 14 countries and 48 industries, asking which issues they have had with their SaaS providers. IDC also asked if their organizations had repatriated any of their enterprise applications away from the public cloud, back to a private cloud or on-premises environment. The survey was conducted as part of IDC's SaaSView program, surveying organizations in major industries such as financial services, government, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, oil and gas, retail, and utilities. Respondent titles ranged from C-suite executives down to director-level managers and included both LOB and IT.
