This IDC Survey highlights the results of ConsumerScape 360 Survey. IDC's global ConsumerScape 360 Survey provides smartphone brand loyalty profiles and insights by comparing likelihood to purchase responses with key feature and functional attributes that influence purchase decisions for smartphones — in this case, we're looking at the top 3 smartphone brands by market as reflected by our survey respondents. This lets us peer into subtle but instructive differences in each market that influence consumer buying behavior.
