This IDC Survey Spotlight examines the key reasons survey respondents have when it comes to scaling hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) deployments to acceptable levels of compute performance, as well as storage performance and capacity. HCI deployments remain a high-growth area in the infrastructure market and are a priority for many enterprises both in the datacenter and at the edge. However, scaling these deployments continues to frustrate some users.
