This IDC Survey includes data from IDC's November 2018 Future of Work Survey. It provides results and analysis from a survey of 400 respondents who are decision makers and/or influencers in their organization's work transformation initiatives. Respondents are from a broad range of industries and company sizes in the United States. The goal of the survey was to understand the specific initiatives and technologies deployed as well as personas, challenges, benefits, and impacts. This presentation specifically looks at flexible work conditions.
