This IDC TechBrief highlights the need for agencies to deploy AI-enabled talent acquisition solutions. This technology can streamline or automate parts of the recruiting workflow; include a broader selection and more qualified candidates; effectively assess an applicant's qualifications, competencies, and experience; and decrease hiring time.
