Abstract

This IDC Perspective looks at one area within talent acquisition (TA) — data and analytics — that has the power to elevate TA to a strategic function within an organization, many times with existing technology or point solutions that can be integrated with existing HCM systems with relative ease. The disconnect between intention to spend on data and analytics and importance points to confusion around how and where to start on this transformation.
