Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight examines the potential impact that mobile network operator store closures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic will have on subscriber growth and equipment revenue prospects. IDC's 2019 U.S. Consumer Mobile Services Survey was conducted in April 2019 and includes responses from 2,003 participants on a broad variety of consumer mobility topics, including carrier and service plan preferences, device financing, BYOD trends, purchasing channel, upgrade plans, and ancillary mobile services usage.
