On-line Presentation

Abstract

This IDC Survey discusses the impact of COVID-19 on collaboration spending. COVID-19 is accelerating the need for remote enterprise collaboration and conferencing solutions as many workers find themselves working from home for the first time. IT spending is predicted to be sluggish in 2020, but not for every market. This IDC survey, a snapshot of spending opinions taken globally from April 6 to 15, 2020, shows that decision makers are willing to spend on videoconferencing and collaborative applications that enable people to meet and "do people things" that also connect them to their work.
