Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight focuses on understanding how vendor practices affect customer satisfaction. Our sample of U.S. large enterprises of 1,000+ employees is generally not very happy with marketing technology vendors. Only 16.5% of respondents have no complaints. More than a third cited renewal increases, product performance, customer support, and lack of skills development as key CSAT killers.
