Abstract

This IDC study represents a vendor assessment of the market for PLM applications for apparel, footwear, and retail (AFR) brands through the IDC MarketScape model. It analyzes global software providers in the market today that support the design, development, and production process. The COVID-19 pandemic has hit retailers hard, yet retail manufacturers still recognize the need (even more so) for digital platforms that enable collaboration across a wide ecosystem of internal and external constituents.
