Abstract

This IDC Perspective details three IT skill development use cases and the usage of Coursera to solve these use cases. To unlock this value, organizations often turn to the L&D function to help properly skill the IT organization. And a critical element of all strategic learning plans are the initiatives that address specific business and performance objectives. Programs must be proposed, prioritized, and funded based on their expected business contribution.
