Abstract

This IDC Tech Buyer Presentation takes the utilities use case taxonomy for digital transformation (DX) and transposes it into a three-horizon road map. In each horizon, different uses cases are considered, introducing the logic of a transformation journey that is designed to be:

• Modular — Breaks the effort into chunks (use cases) and delivers immediate business value
• Scalable — Thinks through how the road map will evolve
• Extendable — Accommodates changes as they develop
