IDC's 2021 Worldwide Services Leading Indicators Survey
Abstract
This IDC Survey provides the results of IDC's 2021 Worldwide Services Leading Indicators Survey. Respondents were asked questions related to their overall spending intentions for 2021, interest in IT services built around new technologies, changes in IT services buying behavior, productivity gains from IT services, IT services spending by technology stack/business function, and the influence of exogenous and endogenous factors on IT services spending. The 310 participants were segmented into six geographies, three company sizes, six verticals, and whether they belong to the IT or line-of-business department in their respective organizations. This variety of data allowed for a deep analysis of trends in the IT services market.
