Abstract

This IDC Survey describes the spending intentions of buyers of digital strategy consulting services. The worldwide sample size of 711 respondents included respondent from the Americas, Asia/Pacific, and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

The survey asked respondents in organizations with revenue upward of $500 million annually about their strategic business priorities, the business capabilities they will need to achieve these priorities, and their experience of using digital strategy consulting vendors to help them implement these plans.

This IDC Survey looks at the strategic business priorities of organizations in the post-COVID-19 world and the focus of the digital strategy consulting projects they commissioned to help them achieve these priorities. This analysis includes respondents' views broken down by self-reported digital maturity, where maturity is defined as how proficient the organization is at using digital technologies to measurably improve business performance.
