Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight provides insight into enterprise wireless infrastructure investment expectations that support business agility–related priorities for connectivity. This document contains data from IDC's Future of Connectedness Survey, conducted in July of 2021. The purpose of this survey is to explore a range of topics specific to enterprise connectivity investment and understand priorities designed to improve business efficiency, enhance customer and partner interactions, and establish digital resiliency. The survey solicited replies from 607 respondents across the United States, the United Kingdom, India, and Singapore, as well as across a range of industries in those countries.
