Abstract

This IDC study provides an overview of and definitions for IDC's Infrastructure Trends and Strategies: Enterprise Workloads syndicated research. This taxonomy is also a base for IDC's Semiannual Enterprise Infrastructure Tracker: Workloads. Driven by extensive primary research and analysis, these products provide insights on trends in workload migration, demand for certain compute and storage technologies for various workloads, and forecast end-user spending on enterprise infrastructure supporting these workloads.
