This IDC Market Perspective intends to highlight the growing awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) practices not only within the technology vendor and digital enterprise space but also in the regions around the world. One of the key objectives of this IDC endeavor is to create awareness and greater body of knowledge on the commonalities and variations of the concept of DE&I on a world platform.

Doing business with and working for a diverse and inclusive company that strives to value the well-being of individuals and society at large is now a forefront topic for consideration and effect change. However, we find that organizations need to reevaluate their approach, vision, and strategy for becoming diverse and inclusive through the lens of business outcomes and leverage appropriate technology solutions.
