Abstract

This IDC Perspective analyzed the creation of a "software factory" at Toyota Financial Services to underpin its broader transformation to a digital business model. More specifically, it looks at the role of the CIO to orchestrate this transformation by driving the organizational change to fit the underlying technology evolution that is required.
