Abstract

This IDC Survey includes data from IDC's Global Future of Work Survey conducted in March and April 2022. The document provides the results and analysis from a global survey of 1,316 senior leaders. Respondents are from a broad range of industries and company sizes. The global poll was designed to understand regional differences around new trends in the adoption of hybrid work.

Most organizations across the global are struggling to develop and maintain key elements of their corporate culture as they navigate different permutations of hybrid work models. This document explores regional differences and similarities across APAC, North America, and EMEA regions as they evolve a hybrid work culture.

"At a time of multiple global disruptions, 43% of global organizations have most of the technologies needed to support hybrid work but still struggle with finding ways to drive effective teaming and secure work practices and to establish a culture of trust that supports all employees," said Amy Loomis, research director, Future of Work at IDC. "However, contrary to those concerned with hybrid work stagnation, only 2% of organizations across the globe report declining team productivity with hybrid work."
