Abstract

This IDC Survey includes data from IDC's Global Future of Work Survey conducted in March and April 2022. The document provides the results and analysis from a global survey of 1,316 senior leaders. Respondents are from a broad range of industries and company sizes. The global poll was designed to uncover regional differences in deployment of software and hardware technologies facilitating the adoption of hybrid work across physical workplaces and digital workspaces.

This document examines global digital workspace and physical workplace technology adoption trends across the APAC, North America, and EMEA regions as hybrid work models evolve.

"Organizations still struggle with the dynamics of fully supporting hybrid-first collaboration and work models," said Amy Loomis, research director, Future of Work at IDC. "The key to most successful hybrid work models is to invest in technologies that bridge and foster engagement across physical and digital landscapes such that workers can work across these locations as seamlessly as possible."
