Abstract
This IDC Tech Buyer Presentation provides a high-level overview of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), with a focus on areas of new funding and funding related to technology, both IT and OT. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (more commonly referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law or BIL) is an historical piece of legislation at a breadth and scale the United States has not seen before. It is a major piece of legislation that will impact ICT investments over the next five years and beyond, and greatly impact federal, tribal, state, and local governments, as well as government technology suppliers. It will influence adjacent policy areas, strategic planning, programmatic priorities, and workforce training and development across all levels of government.
