Abstract

This IDC study assesses modern talent acquisition technologies provided by talent management suite vendors through the IDC MarketScape model. The research includes both quantitative and qualitative criteria that can be used to evaluate a vendor's offerings as well as current and future success in the marketplace. 10 talent management suite vendors were analyzed through buyer feedback and vendor interviews. Vendors were evaluated on various criteria categories, including user experience, core ATS, candidate relationship management, recruitment marketing, analytics, internal mobility, and onboarding.

"As talent acquisition technologies continue to evolve, their integration with other critical functions of the employee life cycle continues to elevate in criticality for a successful organization.
