This IDC Market Presentation was delivered to clients and attendees of IDC's LatAm B2C Tech CMO Forum 2022 delivered on May 12, 2022. The presentation describes the value and dimensions of a new consumer-centric market research that is needed. This Future Consumer research, delivered on three dimensions, will complement existing technology and market-centric research.
