This IDC Tech Buyer Presentation reviews research findings on the top challenges for financial services implementing hybrid work models and which technology investments are most critical to address them.

Retail banks are grappling with how to define the right work policies and practices to implement hybrid work models, and one area that requires the most immediate attention is aimed directly at the branch network. There are anchor technologies available that banks can utilize to help support a more dynamic and federated way of working at a branch, but financial institutions must be willing to create the right policies and hire the right individuals to work in a modernized branch.
