Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights recent data from IDC's Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey, Wave 10, conducted in November 2022, in 18 countries across 21 distinct vertical industries, with 824 total respondents. Data shows that North American and Europe enterprises show greater preferences toward connectivity programs focused on improving business agility, while Asia/Pacific–based organizations are showing a larger preference toward improving operation efficiency and customer engagement.
