This IDC PeerScape will expose the experiences and best practices of four early adopter IT leaders and innovators that are exploiting VSM as a key tool in their business improvement programs with the following best practice themes:

• Discover, define, and differentiate value streams with maximum business value.
• Perform CXO team huddles to realign the business around end-to-end value stream products/services
• Build IT products and services to continuously deliver capabilities linked to value streams
