Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight provides a worldwide regional view on enterprise sentiments for application modernization using standardized and modularized approaches. The document contains data from IDC's Application Services Survey, which was completed in November 2022. IDC's Worldwide Intelligent Application Services practice conducted this survey to understand enterprise preferences for application modernization and other application services. The overall goal of the survey was to identify how organizations' preferences around application development and life-cycle management are evolving, and how application service providers can align their services offerings to address varied customer needs.
