Abstract

This IDC Survey document presents the findings in IDC's Future of Intelligence Sentiment Survey, 2023. Organizations must focus on building enterprise intelligence capabilities to achieve growth and to innovate. This Survey presentation shows findings related to business outcomes, data literacy, and technology investments and challenges related to enterprise intelligence. According to Chandana Gopal, research director, IDC's Future of Intelligence, "Especially in challenging macroeconomic conditions, organizations need enterprise intelligence to combat uncertainty and build resilience. The difference in outcomes between organizations with poor enterprise intelligence and those with excellent enterprise intelligence is stark."
