Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight features the connectivity transformation activities that are a priority in 2023 and where zero trust ranks among them. Zero trust strategies, and network security as a whole, are inseparable from the expansion and evolution of network architecture. As businesses scale and evolve their corporate network and datacenter, network security capabilities must expand in tandem. Security can neither be ignored or serve as a bottleneck to business needs and thus is an equal priority when considering network upgrades.
