This IDC Survey Spotlight reveals the top business objectives that hospitality and travel organizations are tapping AI investments to help achieve. AI is being layered across enterprise solutions to help augment employees and make them more efficient while enhancing guest experiences. Investments and strategies encompass everything from hyper-personalized content and messaging to automation that can be used for small tasks and large.
