IDC Names Leaders and Major Players for Asia/Pacific Intelligent Automation Services in 2021
SINGAPORE, May 13, 2021 – According to the IDC MarketScape : Asia/Pacific Intelligent Automation Services 2021 Vendor Assessment, Accenture, HCL Technologies, IBM, KPMG, PwC and TCS are identified (in alphabetical order) as “Leaders” in the Intelligent Automation (IA) Services market in Asia/Pacific. These IA services providers demonstrated leadership in the provision of capabilities and strategies crucial to the successful planning, adoption, scaling, and continuous operational improvement of enterprise IA initiatives.
